For the first time, we opened our longest-running pop-up restaurant KHOURIS, named after Sami Khouri's parents. The dishes were inspired by his mother and offered the Middle Eastern cuisine that many of you love.
We also brought back the Savoy Bar from the old hotel and breathed new life into it.
